1. Overview

Free Sheepping is published by Fat Cat Games. The current version is a single-player game that does not display third-party advertisements and does not require a player account. Earlier installations of Free Sheepping may have included advertising. This policy distinguishes between those versions.

2. Information handled by the current version

Fat Cat Games does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or other contact information to play Free Sheepping. We do not sell personal information. Game progress and preferences may be saved locally on your device and are not used to build an advertising profile.

3. Advertising in earlier versions

Earlier versions of Free Sheepping included rewarded advertising through Unity Ads. If you still use one of those versions, Unity and its advertising partners may process technical information such as your IP address, interactions with the app or ads, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers where available.

That information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, personalize ads where permitted, and prevent fraud and abuse. Processing by Unity is governed by Unity’s own terms and privacy practices. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

4. Updating an older installation

We recommend installing the latest available version of Free Sheepping to receive the current privacy configuration and other improvements. Removing or updating an older version stops that version from requesting new ads, although Unity may retain information previously processed according to its own retention practices.

5. Device storage and permissions

The game may use ordinary on-device storage to keep progress and settings. Uninstalling the game generally removes this local information, subject to your device’s backup and restore features. Free Sheepping does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location for normal gameplay.

6. Support communications

If you contact Fat Cat Games for support or a privacy request, we process the information that you choose to send, such as your email address and message, only as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the service or meet legal obligations.

7. Data security and retention

Information sent to us for support is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information processed by Unity in an earlier advertising-supported version is subject to Unity’s security and retention practices.

8. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information to play Free Sheepping. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to Fat Cat Games, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to exercise rights for information directly controlled by Fat Cat Games. For information processed by Unity in an earlier version, use the privacy controls available in Unity ads and Unity’s contact channels.

10. App stores and platform providers

If you obtain Free Sheepping through Google Play, the App Store or another platform, that platform may independently process information under its own privacy policy. This processing is separate from Fat Cat Games.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to Free Sheepping, its service providers or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date shows when this policy was most recently revised.
