Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Balluum handles information.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Overview

Balluum is published by Fat Cat Games. It is designed to be played without creating an account or providing personal information to Fat Cat Games.

2. Information we do not collect

Balluum does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or precise location to play. Fat Cat Games does not use Balluum to sell personal information or build player profiles.

3. Game data stored on your device

The game may save progress, scores and preferences locally on your device. This information is used to provide gameplay and is not sent to Fat Cat Games. Uninstalling the game generally removes this local information, subject to your device’s backup and restore features.

4. Network connectivity

Balluum does not require a Fat Cat Games account or server connection for its core gameplay. If a distributed version checks for updates or retrieves platform-provided content, the platform or hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, device or operating-system information, timestamps and error codes, to deliver and secure that request.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The current Balluum release does not use third-party advertising or analytics services. Earlier versions included rewarded advertising through Unity Ads. If you still use one of those versions, Unity and its advertising partners may process technical information such as your IP address, interactions with the app or ads, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers where available.

That information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, personalize ads where permitted, and prevent fraud and abuse. Processing by Unity is governed by Unity’s own terms and privacy practices. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. We recommend installing the latest available version of Balluum to receive the current privacy configuration.

6. Support communications

If you contact Fat Cat Games for support or a privacy request, we process the information that you choose to send, such as your email address and message, only as reasonably necessary to respond, protect the service or meet legal obligations.

7. Data retention and security

Information sent directly to Fat Cat Games for support is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received. We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control, although no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information processed by Unity in an earlier advertising-supported version is subject to Unity’s security and retention practices.

8. Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information to play Balluum. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to Fat Cat Games, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction or deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Because Balluum has no player accounts and its game data stays on the device, Fat Cat Games normally has no player data to identify. Contact us regarding information you have sent directly to us. For information processed by Unity in an earlier version, use the privacy controls available in Unity ads and Unity’s contact channels.

10. App stores and platform providers

If you obtain Balluum through Google Play, the App Store or another platform, that platform may independently process information under its own privacy policy. This processing is separate from Fat Cat Games.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to Balluum, its service providers or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date shows when this policy was most recently revised.
